            If you are stress aeting why not try Kalderetang baka. “Sabaw pa lang ulam na” can be a good description for this dish. Batangas has its own version of caldereta because it do not use tomatoes in their recipes. The secret to a super tasty, creamy sauce is the combination of garlic and onion (loads of these two), butter or margarine, liver spread, and cheese! Plus a few chops of siling labuyo if you want ore spice for your plate
