BULALO

Bulalo or otherwise called as bone marrow soup is one of the famous dish of the province and indeed tasty for its unique recipe. Though it has limited ingredients, you will surely be surprise with its delicious taste. It has a perfect combination of meat and bones especially the shanks which is tenderly cooked in low heat for several hours. The spices like onions, salt, garlic, black pepper and fish sauce and vegetables like cabbage, potato, string beans, pechay, and corn made it taste even beter.
